[MonoDevelop] Current SVN version may be buggy/dom changes

Hi
I promise that I'll continue to stabilize the new code, it already fixes
some older bugs (but introduces too much).
Currently I've ported all the old code to the new dom and removed the
old code. I think it'll be stable in 2-3 weeks then I'll merge the
trees.
