[MonoDevelop] Current SVN version may be buggy/dom changes

After discussing with Mike the work required to complete and stabilize
the new dom, looks like it will take more time than expected. We have
decided to revert the changes from trunk and move them to a branch. So
trunk is now as stable as it was last week.
