[MonoDevelop] Show completion always

Is this only in svn, or was it released? The version of MonoDevelop I
have, 1.0 from the Ubuntu repositories, uses the order in which
documents were opened. The first thing I tried was dragging tab
headers, and it doesn't work for me.
