For the port you have moma to check what is in mono. Basicly, you have
MonoTodo/ NotImplementedException/Not in mono.
Else you have to do big review for path, PInvoke, COM,...
Read this porting guides:
You have sharpdevelop or visual studio express to develop on windows too ;)
