[MonoDevelop] Standard source editor?

Hi,

I'm going to port my SharpDevelop highlighting schemes to MonoDevelop,
(http://trac.dahlstrand.eu/erik/wiki/SharpDevelopHighlightingSchemes)

Shall I create xml files for Mono.TextEditor or GtkSourceView2? Which one
will be the standard editor in future versions of MonoDevelop?
