[MonoDevelop] patch to allow for runtime loading of custom highlighting and color schemes for Mono.Texteditor

attached is a patch to allow for new highlighting support in texteditor 
without having to recompile it, which would be very useful for possible 
3rd party plugins.

I would appreciate if this change could go in,
