Hey,

It would also be nice to have some smiliar features to Visual Studio. 
For example if you add a button it should be possible to double click on it
and then you are in the source code with the button1_Clicked method.
Furthermore in VS you have the events (Signals in MD) and again if you
double click on it (Enable it) you will be redirected to the source code and
have that methods.
Don't know how others think but I think this is very usefull and you can
spare same seconds of clicking  :P
