[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 1.0 Features

For now, I'd just like to focus on collecting details about the features that we do have implemented.

I think the reason for not integrating the debugger is because the debugger
itself is not ready yet, it was once integrated but because of changes in
the debugger the work went to waste, so now better to wait until the
debugger is ready so that that doesn't happen again.
