[MonoDevelop] Call to translators

Here are the updates for the Dutch translation for main as well as for 
extras, hope that I was still in time.

There are still minor things which I came across, e.g. untranslated text 
that are in the .po file, but still show up in English:
- The "New layout" window title stays English
- The welcome page stays partially in English, e.g. the "open a solution 
/ file" button. This was broken recently; this used to be alright.
- There's a misspelled entry in "Display" menu called "Boo shel", and 
it's not in the .po file, I think.
- in the po: "Matches the 'yes' part if the named capture string has a 
match; otherwise, "
"matches the 'no' part. The 'no' part can be omitted.If the given name 
does "....
-> A space misses after the last period.
- When I start MonoDevelop, it tells me an add-in was not able to load, 
and asks (in Dutch) "do you want to continue?", and I can chose to press 
"Close window" or... ehm or nothing else :).

The Regex window which I earlier reported is now okay :).
