[MonoDevelop] Offline Monodevelop bug and patch

Hi,

I detected that when im disconnected from the web on the laptop (but using
static ip) MD crashes after a few seconds of beeing started. This is due to
an name resolution exception which doesn't carry a Response value because
the connection didnt reach that far :) Anyway, heres is the patch, please
review and commit or give me the OK so I can commit it.
