[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 0.18 failed to load

Are you using MD from an RPM (if so, which distro and which rpms are you
using - by the looks of it, it's Fedora as we install to lib64 rather
than lib on 64 bit architectures) and more than that, why are you
running as root?
