[MonoDevelop] Simple monodevelop form

Well I hope I dont speak too soon.. I added
mono-project to my repository and updated to the
latest.  A few dependencies it didnt like.. The new
version works fine so far.. no SIGSEGV.  I'll reboot
to see if I broke anything else.. lol.
