[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 0.19 on Win32?

Hello,
I tried to compile MD on Win32 with Cygwin. I installed the experimental
Mono+GTK#+Gnome# package which I have downloaded from Novell's site. I had
to compile two packages to make the compilation successful (mono-addins and
the latest monodoc release). Despite that, MD fails to start with any
version of Mono.
Right after startup, I get an exception, telling me that MD was unable to
load the addins.

Is it possible at all to run the current version of MD on Windows? It seems
to be quite hopeless to do it.
I think, the addin manager would need some patching to make it run on
Windows. Am I right?
