I think that here they can be justified.
1. there are too many features to fit on one page
2. The individual pages could be re-used as separate tools
3. Reasonable use of defaults (enter in last box on a page goes to
next page, for example) and shortcuts (onmipresent _Finish button
shorcusts the wizard) should make it efficient to use
4. it's a "wizard" :)
