[MonoDevelop] mdtool with stetic

Hi,

I have a GTK# project in MonoDevelop that fails to build with mdtool. 
After a small patch to catch a null reference the output indicates the 
correct files to be built; but it does not first generate the 
gtk-gui/*.cs files from gui.stetic.

This is most likely an unimplemented feature. Would it require a 
substantial amount of work to add the GUI code generation phase to mdtool?
