[MonoDevelop] Serious FD usage error 13 and 15

Yesterday I fetched the latest Mono and MD from SVN and compiled. All went OK but when I run MD I keep getting 'Serious FD usage' errors. The first couple of times it was error 13 and the dump below is 15. The problem is not confined to the GUI designer as MD has also crashed with the FD usage error problem when swapping between tabs. I am running SVN version 121076 of Mono and SVN version 121074 of MD in a parallel Mono environment.

Can someone please provide me with some advice ?

Brett Senior.
