[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop.GtkCore (Stetic) Patch

Hi all:
           Attached is a patch to add to the auto-generated code, a call to "ConnectAccelerator()" on all of the ActionGroups/Actions. If this call isn't present, the Accelerator Key doesn't work. 

Please, review it and commit it.
