[MonoDevelop] Mono IDE

Hello Sandy, 

Again come with small question.

Is it possible to install mono on Red hat, Version 4 ?

I download rpm zip file for red hat from this site and when i try to install
that rpm file. It gives 
me an error.

Am i missing something ?
