[MonoDevelop] Mono IDE

You can create a win-forms application but keep in mind that there is no
GUI-designer (yet) for Win-forms using Mono, only through Gtk#. But theres
nothing that keeps you from writing your Win-forms application and design
via code or via VS and transfer the application to the GNU/Linux platform.
