[MonoDevelop] Problems with ConfigurationManager

I have a program that runs under MONO on a Mac. U use to be able to build the
project using MonoDeveloper. After installing Mono 2 I'm getting the
following error: The name `ConfigurationManager' does not exist in the
current context. I am including a reference to System.Configuration. Any
ideas?
