[MonoDevelop] Looping through the Project documents

Hi all,
developing for Monodevelop, I'm using the following collection:

*IdeApp.Workbench.Documents*

in order to loop through all the documents that are currently open.
Is there a collection that can be used to loop through ALL the project (or
solution) documents (open and closed) ?
