[MonoDevelop] Mono & Python

Hey Maurizio,

I think MonoDevelop doesn't support Python right now.  I'd use the Eric
IDE for Python development and Glade for GUI development to write
cross-platform Python GUI applications.  I don't know any better
alternatives yet.
