[MonoDevelop] PATCH: correctly handle backticked compiler- and linker-arguments

hi,

I experienced that backticked compiler- and linker-arguments (for
example `wx-config --cxxflags`) weren't expanded as one would expect
them to. This patch fixes the issue for me.
