[MonoDevelop] monodevel wont start

I had the same problem as described, and I installed gtk-sharp 2.10.0 such
that I get:

sudo dpkg -l | grep gtk-sharp
ii  gtk-sharp                                  2.10.0-1                                  
gtk-sharp

so its definately installed. However, when I run monodevelop 0.15 i still
get the same errors. I have recompiled it and reinstalled it since updating
gtk-sharp... :,(
