[MonoDevelop] Cs-ObexFtp devel

Well in fact like descibe in the wiki of Cs-ObexFtp i consider a first
installation in the normal way (linux geberic from mono dll page,
urpmi, yast, emerge ...) and then maintain the installed version with
the last one from dailly test tarball of mono.
I put a new one version of the script with begin of progress dialog,
like this we don't need to start a console just double click on the
script
