[MonoDevelop] multiple compilers in same project

It looks like the compiler option for C projects is global? Anyone else
think it would make sense to allow changing compilers based on the project
configuration.

For example, I would like to use winegcc for one configuration (targeting
win32 without actually running windows) and gcc for another configuration.

Please let me know if im completely full of shit and just missed the fact
that i can actually do this.
