[MonoDevelop] Russian translation of MonoDevelop

Hi,

You can contact the original Russian translators of MD to check if they are
not doing the samething:

# Maxim Krentovskiy <mkrentovskiy at gmail.com>, 2006
# Semyon Soldatov <simplexe at csharp.net.ru>, 2007

The translation can be done working on svn/monodevelop/po/ru.po

You can send to the Russian translators to commit or send the patch to the
list ...
