[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 0.16.1 startup error on SuSE 10.2

I'm seeing this error message when trying to start MonoDevelop 0.16.1. I
installed using YAST (mono repo) and directly from rpm, same results.

"Extension node not found in path: /MonoDevelop/Ide/Commands"

Any ideas on what's wrong?
