[MonoDevelop] problem opening editor in v0.16

Hello,

I had version 0.13 installed on my Ubuntu 7.04 and it worked ok, but there was no debugging.  I downloaded version 0.16 and it starts up ok, I am able to create a new c# gtk project, but when i double click a cs file in the solution explorer the ide just abruptly terminates with no error message.  It does the same thing if I try to open a file from the menu File|Open.
