MonoDevelop builds fine on Gutsy with GTK# 2.10 and Mono 1.2.4, it's
just a case of getting all the right packages installed. For a start,
make sure you have mono-gmcs and libmono-dev installed. If you have
source repos installed, "sudo apt-get build-dep monodevelop" may help.
After this, just ./configure and make the MD 0.16 tarball.
