[MonoDevelop] Where can I find package 'gtkhtml-sharp-2.0'?

I was going to respond in the same way (only I was going to say
gnome-sharp instead of gtk-sharp-2.0).  However after looking at
Dale's pasted output some more, it appears Dale has gtkhtml-sharp
installed [1].  So I ended up not sending anything because I would
only be left guessing as to why the MonoDevelop build didn't pick up
on that [2].
