[MonoDevelop] Requirement to register at Novell considered harmful

I agree with this. This needs to be made easier.
I recently tried to get a co-employee of mine to set up an account, and
felt like crap wasting his time filling in personal information for
something that should be much easier. There should be ZERO barriers to
contribute to an open source project.
