[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop crashes on start

Hi,

I've compiled MonoDevelop 0.16 on MacOS X 10.4.10 but when I'm trying
to run it I'm getting error:

WARNING: The add-in 'MonoDevelop.CSharpBinding,0.16.0' is trying to
extend '/MonoDevelop/Autotools/SimpleSetups', but there isn't any
add-in defining this extension point
