Although I'm not a MonoDevelop developer myself, I can point you to
the resources you're interested in.  First of all you should  fetch
the latest MonoDevelop SVN:
svn co http://anonsvn.mono-project.com/source/trunk/monodevelop monodevelop

After that you can check out the developers page to get an idea what
needs to be done:
http://www.monodevelop.com/Developers

As a last note, not to offend you, but you should use your real name
when participating in Free Software projects.  People will take you
more seriously and you won't remember them to some warez folks.
