[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET 2.0 -Master Page

Looks to me like your monodevelop is setup to use .NET 1.1 instead of .net
2.0, go to the properties of your project and make sure you are using .net
2.0 (gmcs) because masterpages aren't supported in 1.1
