[MonoDevelop] Problem running latest svn

The last few days I have problems running svn monodevelop.
I know I can expect such things in development versions but since there were
a lot of updates last days, and it is always the same error I began to think
it is my fault.
Since I didn't touch the source it must be something else.
MonoDevelop compiles fine with make but after a make install and running
monodevelop I get this  error:

nathan at alfa:~/Desktop/devel/monodevelop$ monodevelop

Unhandled Exception: Mono.Addins.Setup.InstallException: Application not
found: IDE
  at MonoDevelop.Core.ApplicationService.StartApplication (System.StringappId,
System.String[] parameters) [0x00000]
  at MonoDevelop.Startup.SharpDevelopMain.Main (System.String[] args)
[0x00000]


Any idea how to fix?
