[MonoDevelop] Invisible tooltips

Hi Avishay,

Ages ago someone reported something similar (AFAIR in that case window
decorations appeared on tooltips) when running MD on KDE, Can you try
to run a Gnome session on your KUbuntu and test to help determine if
it is something related to KDE or, more probably, related to the
window-manager tied to KDE, or maybe to the mapping system-colors
definitions on KDE for gtk(gnome) apps like MD.
