[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 0.13 and Fedora Core 6

Hello Tim.

I'm a fc6 user too and i use mono installed using binary installer for
1.2.3.1 and everything works. The only issues i have been getting were
resolved setting the correct enviroment vars.
