[MonoDevelop] Trouble with XML plugin in 0.13

Thanks for updating me.

As for your problem:

So it seems like some mime registration issue. When I install things
to non-standard prefixes (which I normally do) I have to copy the mime
records to some of the  directories the mime stack looks into, as a
post-"make install" step. Some warnings that the mime-database install
issue, when I "make install" MD, always remind me to do so, pointing
the correct directories and where "make install" copied the mime files
