[MonoDevelop] Trouble with XML plugin in 0.13

AFAIK, The Xml addin available from an independent repository is too
old and never got updated to changes in MD's APIs. So it doesn't work
in MD anymore.

Someone wants to try to revive it?

And as this is a FAQ, some warning should be written in the Wiki,
about old addins.
