The patch seems to work ok, so I committed it with some cosmetic
changes. The combos are resizing correctly, at least for me. Methods
with a large parameters list don't make combos grow in width.
The only problem I see is that the member combo is not updated when
changing the cursor position using the mouse (it works ok when changing
with keyboard). Could you take a look at that?
