[MonoDevelop] About problem with configure, possible bug

Hey Frank,

If you're on a Debian-based distro, you might try running `sudo
apt-get build-dep monodevelop` to get the developer packages you'll
need in order to build (I'm guessing you're on a distro that provides
MonoDevelop 0.12 or something?).

Or I could be completely wrong.  :-)
