[MonoDevelop] SoC Proposal: Configurable Bindings

HI:

I have been using MD for like a year in school and work proyects and
it's a really good development tool but the lack of any user
configurable keybindings really hinders in my opinion the productivity
that you can get with other IDEs. That why I will send a propose to
implement a plugin to set a system of configurable keybindings for the
main modules of MD and a service to other plugins. Any other person
that has been working in this Idea? or  this TODO isn't supported for
inclusion in SoC?ector
