[MonoDevelop] [PATCH] Use proper file names for .userprefs and .usertasks

MD is using improper file names for .userprefs and .usertasks files. It
is basing their names off the descriptive name of the Combine. The name
should be based off of the actual name of the .mds file itself. Attached
is a patch which corrects this.
