[MonoDevelop] SIGSERV on make in monodevelop 0.14

Oops, this looks like a bug I introduced into the build when I tried to
make each provider configure-time detected.

could you submit this to bugzilla.ximian.com under MonoDevelop and
assign it to me? thanks.
