[MonoDevelop] VB.NET

I've had similar problems with the VB portion part of MD and mono.  I found
that simple apps would not compile as well.  The compiler got hung up
looking for the older MBAS compiler.  I posted to this list with several
people responding but with no answer on how to compile without MD looking
for MBAS rather than VBNC.
