[MonoDevelop] Can't Compiling a VS2005 Solution

Hi,

I'm trying to build my vs2005 solution but I always get "Build failed.
Program Files/Microsoft WSE/v1.0.2312/Microsoft.Web.Services.dll does not
exist"
I check in mcs folder and i didn't find a Microsoft.Web.Services folder.
Where can i get this assembly?

Im using Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty.
mono 1.2.5 and monodevelop 0.14 have been installled from svn.
