[MonoDevelop] Can not start MonoDevelop

Not really Valentin. But every time that a package is installed, supposedly 
all dynamic libraries should be added to the PATH, however for some reason 
this not always happend. So when you install a package and did not work, try 
this command ldconfig as root, and there is a good chance the problem get 
fixed.
