[MonoDevelop] Win 32 Support

Also Monodevelop, started as a fork from Sharpdevelop, so many people
simply use SD in Windows, but surely SD doesn't have Stetic, or many
of the other goodies MD added as needed/desired and implemented by
Linux devs.
