[MonoDevelop] MD from SVN is terribly slow

Hello all,

I've recently refreshed my MD installation and it the current svn is at
my machine terribly slow. To load the Included MD.mds file it takes
about 5-10 Minutes, other things are not very fast as well.

I've run it on my console and I get the following error message all the
time:

Skipping syncing of references

Is this some side effect of the recent changes of the Logging, or is my
machine not configured properly.
